Markout settings.

Markout watches Crexi quietly from inside your own browser. Nothing leaves this device during alpha. When sync ships at v1, you'll opt in here.

Import a search

Paste a Crexi or LoopNet search URL — the page that lists every property you want to watch, with your filters applied. Markout opens it, scrolls the whole list, and starts tracking every listing on it at once. No clicking through them one by one.

Alpha — opt-in

Sync uploads your tracked listings + change events to the Markout backend so they survive across devices and so you get email alerts for changes that happen while you're not on Crexi. Off by default — turn it on when you're ready.

Where digest emails get sent when watched listings change. Leave blank to skip email and use only the in-page badge.

Markout re-checks your Crexi & LoopNet searches in the background a few times a day. The moment a listing goes off-market, drops its price, or changes status, you get a desktop pop-up — and everything from the day is summed up in one morning report email when you start work. No hourly inbox clutter.

A re-check briefly opens your saved searches in background tabs, then closes them. It only runs while Chrome is open.

003 · Display

Control what Markout shows you. Off by default — Markout works quietly in the background and delivers value through email digests. Turn on the in-page badge if you want a glanceable status pill on Crexi while you browse.

004 · Data

All Markout data lives in chrome.storage.local on this machine. When sync is on, your tracked listings + change events + small anonymous usage events also live on Markout's own backend (Cloudflare, US) under your install ID. Nothing is shared with third parties.
