Why we exist
Specialized industries run on paperwork no one has bothered to build real software for. Technical documents that take a junior engineer a week to index. Requests that take a rep hours to draft. Logs that disappear between the field and the back office. The operational middle — the seam between the work itself and the administration that surrounds it — has been quietly underserved for decades.
We sit with that work, we find the specific paperwork that's eating hours, and we build focused software to close those gaps.
How we're different
We're small on purpose. A single specialized studio, two products in active pilot, no aspirations to be a "platform." Our products do one job each and do it better than anything else we've seen in the same slot. We say no to feature creep. We ship in weeks, not quarters. We stay close to the teams who actually use the tools.
What's next
More of the same, intentionally. New tools when we find a pain point worth solving, not before. A growing roster of customers across adjacent industries in the operational middle. A packaged SaaS future when the pilots mature, but no rush — the consulting-flavored work is honest work and pays the bills today.
