Common questions

How do I actually get the app?

Fill out the access form for the product you want. Reed personally reaches out within 24 hours, schedules a 30-minute demo to make sure it's a fit, then delivers a build with your team's identifier baked in. We're not on the App Store yet — every install today is hand-delivered by Reed.

Why per-rep monthly for Cipher but per-user annual for SpecParse?

Different buyers, different procurement patterns. Manufacturer reps approve sub-$1K monthly recurring on a corporate card without raising flags — a $10K annual line item gets escalated to a regional manager. General contractors plan in fiscal years and prefer a single PO per renewal cycle. We meet each buyer where they already operate.

Is this a long-term commitment?

No. Cipher is month-to-month — cancel anytime, no proration weirdness. SpecParse is annual but pro-rates refunds within the first 90 days if it's not working out. We'd rather you leave happy than stay frustrated.

Do prices include the AI usage?

Yes — and they always will. The Anthropic API costs are bundled into the subscription, billed to us, and absorbed as a business expense. You don't see a separate per-token bill, your IT department doesn't need to set up an Anthropic account, and you don't have to think about model costs. The published price is the price.

Pilot pricing?

The first 2–3 teams in each product get a discount in exchange for case-study cooperation. If you're seriously evaluating and willing to give us frank feedback on what's broken, we have room to negotiate. Mention "pilot interest" when you reach out.
